i gave this vietnamese girl a card and a little toy for her birthday today
i think i was the only one
she was really happy
and she was really grateful
she sent me three long thank you messages
she said she was so touched to know
someone cares
someone prays for her
and i know
you'll see her in culture one day.

i know that this is going to be one of those weeks again.
God is just changing so many things in my life right now,
just like he had a few months before.


but this time i'm better prepared, and stronger.
because i'm assured, and i know more than anything that He is in control.


i have lots of things to ask, lots of things i'm uncertain about, but it's okay. it's alright.
i know that He will answer them in his own time, and then i'll start to see everything clearly, for what he planned it out to be -perfect. even if it doesn't seem so now.


i am a little tired. a little weary. but even so,
i'll praise you in the storm (:

i've got a testimony!


so there i was in my bathroom, getting ready to shower. when i heard my dad shouting at the top of his lungs. then i heard my mom screaming, '**** you **** you!'


i was so shocked and scared out of my wits, i just stood in the toilet, listening to them. then something knocked me back to my senses, and i covered my ears and started praying.

guess what?

as soon as i started praying, their shouting got softer (maybe because i had my ears covered) but by the time i was done, like a few seconds later, i was feeling so calm, and they had stopped arguing. i came out of the toilet, and there they were, watching tv in the living room, as good as gold. (:


praise God :D cos normally, they would go on and on, and you know the story. so yay! i'm so happy. i love Jesus! he brings me such comfort and such joy, and such peace into my family. i feel so safe and assured, because he is always with me. yay! God is so good, hallelujah!

hahah. i dunno what to say, it's just that all my fans have been bugging me to blog, so i shall. (just kidding)

i am talking to elaine on msn now, she's so funny! she has a 'passion for playing instruments like the guitar since young' . LOL. ok nvm.


soooo, you know what, i just wanted to say that i love culture so much. :D
i'm so happy. God is so so good. and you know what, i don't care what other people think anymore, as long as i'm doing it for God, and God is happy with it. what he thinks is the most important.



just like how elaine's classmates call her 'crazy christian girl'. wow. just goes to show her passion for God. and because she's so passionate, she brought so many friends to christ and to culture! like Anthea (and asher), and eric, and wilson, and debbie and hilary and mellissa. WOWWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW. (lol, elaine) and how she stood infront of her whole class and asked if they believed that a miracle would happen, and then she and anthea started to pray for healing for this injured girl in her class. and then all her classmates started going up to elaine for prayer requests. wow, so amazing right. so encouraging! aren't you all encouraged?

i am so inspired!
so you wait and see all you people, God is going to move so powerfully in ACJC.
