hahah, i just realized my username here is 'slapped on the butt by a hyper-active brain malfuctioning girl' LOL. can't believe how lame i used to be. like my very first blog url was 'bitchesoftheworldunite'. ugh, i can't stand my oldself already.

well, it has been a very spiritual month. i would like to thank joy sim, rachel, and most especially rophi and gavin for helping me with my walk with christ. i finally found a really awesome church! woohoo! thank God for gavin for bringing me to his church. it was the best thing that has ever happened to me.

yesterday, the greatest thing of all happened. so i shall record it down, so that i can remember it forever.

so yesterday was youth, and so before the service we played dumb games, had fellowship and all. then there was service, which was good, really crazy, everybody jumping and screaming dancing and singing. then the youth pastor did the sermon, about having a pure heart, asking us what we did all those stuff, like jumping around during worship, or doing daily devotions for. was it because someone told us to do it, or like we wanted to act holy or something. or was it because we were doing it for God. then he made an alter call, and those of us who raised our hands went forward, i went forward, and at that point, when i was waiting for the pastor or the leaders to come pray for me. i was like, in like this spiritual high, i could feel like, suddenly, this muscle at my throat started to vibrate, i could feel like, my eyelids twitching, then my tongue started to move about uncontrollably, i let out a sound, and i started speaking in tongues! hallelujah! then as i was worshipping, one of the leaders(nadia) came and prayed for me, i started to cry, i felt something kick my feet. i looked down, and this guy was on the floor with a blanket over him. (he was slained) then another leader(vena) came and prayed for me, and i don't know why, i just felt this desperate need, i started to like, scream and shout in tongues, till i just started to scream and shout, till the pastor came to me, put his hand on my head, and started to pray for me. he told me to just relax, quieten down, just let the holy spirit surround me, because it's a sweet, gentle spirit, and some of my churchmates came and prayed with me. hahah! isn't it awesome? after all that we all just hugged and laughed, we were like so happy! (:
and after that i lost my voice though. i mean i was really shouting and screaming like crazy, till felicia cried cos she was like scared. hahah, after that was camwhoring, and it was fun!

went for dinner with them after, and i'm so happy now! yay! shall post some photos on friendster when i get my hands on them. culture rocks(:
